Here is how MileSoft's chiller selection software rates a chiller on the manufacturer's own performance data.
Every rating starts from the model's own data: capacity and input power at each chilled-water and condensing temperature.
New temperature columns can be added, and ratings pasted in as a block.
Part-load, fan power and compressor power multipliers sit on their own tabs.

A rating takes the chiller type and the design conditions: ambient, cooler outlet and inlet, flow rate and fouling factor, each checked against its range.
Calculate returns capacity, input power, unit EER and kilowatts per ton at each part load, under AHRI and ISEER conditions.
The integrated part-load value comes out of the same pass as full-load efficiency.
Tick boxes choose which rating bases, and whether the model photo, general arrangement drawing and wiring diagram, go into the report.
