MileSoft builds three proven pokayoke systems used in automotive and industrial assembly: Pick-to-Light, which illuminates the correct bin and confirms the pick via sensor — typical deployments see a 90%+ reduction in wrong-part assembly; ADAS Radar Assembly, which handles automated alignment, calibration, and validation for automotive radar sensor modules; and AC Performance Test, an end-of-line functional test station validating refrigerant charge, compressor performance, and airflow for automotive and appliance HVAC.
