MileSoft builds three proven pokayoke systems used in automotive and industrial assembly: Pick-to-Light, which illuminates the correct bin and confirms the pick via sensor while locking every other bin — in a published Tier-1 automotive deployment, operator pick errors fell from about 1.4% to zero wrong-part picks; ADAS Radar Assembly, which verifies radar alignment after fastening and runs a sealed module self-test before release — credited in a published deployment with a 92% reduction in customer containment incidents; and AC Performance Test, an end-of-line functional test station validating refrigerant charge, compressor performance, and airflow for automotive and appliance HVAC.
