At material inward, the part is looked up, and its storage location, standard bin quantity and stock levels fill in.

The invoice quantity and the quantity actually received are recorded separately, against the vendor and the invoice.

Before anything is saved, the screen shows how the receipt splits into bins at the standard bin quantity.

Saving prints one barcode sticker per bin, with the part, its quantity, storage location, vendor, invoice, and its place in the set.
