At the gate, a truck is logged with its number, driver, haulier, cargo type and priority, and an RFID tag.
Add to Queue puts it in line, and number-plate capture can fill the entry automatically.
Live statistics count the trucks today, completed, in queue and on priority, with the average wait and slots used.

The andon board shows drivers who is being served and who is next, announces it aloud, and switches between English, Hindi, Marathi and Gujarati.
Drivers scan a QR code to follow their place in the queue on their phone.
